What Have I Done To Deserve This? is a perfect example of director Pedro Almodóvar's earlier work, containing all the elements which earned his films a cult international following. Starring the incomparable Carmen Marua as Gloria, a prescription drug addicted mother battling to make sense of her life and family as the world around her goes crazy.

Intelligent, offensive, risqué, hilarious, eccentric, ironic, compelling, sad and sext, this early film shows Almodóvar's genius at it's more raw and untamed, his explosive energy shining through right to the last frame.
