The Hard Anodised Ceramic Pot Roast with stainless steel rack, designed by Jamie Oliver with Tefal is a multi-purpose pan that can be used as a casserole dish, sauté pan and a pot roaster and is suitable for all heat sources including induction. The 30cm diameter pan has a generous 5.5L capacity and features a solid aluminium core, which is known for its excellent heat distribution properties, ensuring you get even cooking results without hot spots. A non-scratch ceramic interior is the ideal surface for searing meat and vegetables and is suitable for metal utensils.
This large roaster comes complete with a removable stainless steel grill rack insert that can be lifted out easily for resting meat whilst roasted vegetables cook in the delicious meat juices. Further features include riveted stainless steel handles with a silicone insert for a secure and comfortable grip and a stainless steel lid with an integrated steam vent for even temperature control. The pan is dishwasher safe and oven safe to 260°C (for up to one hour).
