Steven Seagal stars as Shane Daniels, a man released from prison after serving 15 years for a crime he didn't commit. Unfortunately, his luck doesn't get much better on the outside, when he unwittingly bears witness to an illegal diamond deal that results in a number of dead state troopers and Mexican mafiosi.
