The hands-on experience will begin with a chat to your knowledgeable beer brewer over a cup of coffee and a selection of artisan biscuits. They'll give you an insight into the brewing and fermentation process, then show you how ingredients are combined to get the perfect flavour.

You'll get to discuss home brewing with the expert course leader over a Ploughman's lunch, then prepare the various ingredients ready for fermentation and finish up by bottling your homebrew drinks to take home at the end of the course.
