This DVD takes part in the 1950s lifeless town of Suffolk, where a seventeen year old boy called Richard is holidaying with his parents for the summer. After a chance encounter with a confident boy his age called Edwin, the two find their own fun and excitement by causing mischief and chasing girls, in particular the beautiful Julia and her spunky Dutch friend Anna.
