Originally banned in UK, this film is based on a true story of a morphine addicted sister, working in an old's people home, who killed her patients in order to rob them to pay for her addiction. Fellini's-own Anita Ekberg stepped out of the DOLCE VITA Trevi fountain into this powerhouse performance as the junkie Sister.
