Emigrating to America under a new name, Norton begins life afresh with Helen, the woman he loves, and he eventually achieves great renown as a heart specialist. Then Pryor, ruined and fixated on revenge, tracks Norton down – determined to benefit from his former partner's wealth... or destroy him utterly!
