But boredom quickly sets in when his friends go to summer camp - including Mikey who signs up for voice training and feisty Spinelli who wants some new wrestling moves. Then, T.J. uncovers an evil plot to do away with summer holidays - crazy former principle, Dr. Benedict, is planning to use a laser beam to alter the weather and create permanent winter!
