Steptoe And Son - Series 2

Harold still hadn't escaped from Oil Drum Lane and his old man still clung to a jumble of useless bric-a-brac and a knackered old nag, but by 1963, Steptoe and Son was massive. It regularly attracted audiences of over 20 million, the catchphrase 'You dirty old man' was firmly established in the public consciousness and Brambell and Corbett had even appeared in character on that year's Royal Variety Show.

1. Wallah Wallah Catsmeat
Hercules, the Steptoes' horse, is sick so the local rag and bone men pitch in to help.

2. The Bath
Harold is determined to build a bathroom in the house, even if it means converting Albert's bedroom.

3. The Stepmother
Albert plans to re-marry, but Harold will do everything in his power to prevent it.

4. Sixty-Five Today
Harold's taking his old man out on his birthday. Surely they can get on for one night. Can't they?

5. A Musical Evening
Harold is looking forward to listening to his classical music records. Unfortunately Albert does not share his cultured taste.

6. Full House
Harold has arranged a card school with his mates, but the unwanted Albert's sticking around.

7. Is That Your House Outside?
Harold falls for a rich married woman and thinks it's love - much to his father's disgust.
