Bernard and Bianca are two mice that have sworn an oath to the International Rescue Aid Society, and they’ll uphold that oath to the best of their abilities.

When a bottle with a note for help inside lands on their doorstep the two mice head off for a mission of action and adventure, their aim is to rescue a kidnapped orphan girl who is praying to be rescued.
