Frau Im Mond is again another jewel in the ever growing beautiful catalogue of Eureka! / Masters Of Cinema. It appears to be the first ever serious science fiction movie ever however i have to disagree on that one as, nevertheless that this is a splendid Fritz Lang movie, the masterpiece is Metropolis. Where Metropolis is a stunning ride from beginning to end Frau In Mond is at his best only in the second half of the movie and in fact the length is a bit to long. For the true silent movie & science fiction movie fan this is however a must have in each collection. Highly recommended.
