Hart's War is set in 1944 at the end of the Second World War.
Hart (Colin Farrell) is captured during the Battle of the Bulge by the Germans and taken to a prisoner of war camp. While there he meets Colonel McNamara (Bruce Willis) and the fellow American prisoners form camaraderie. Hart, a law student is asked to represent one of his peers who is being accused of murder.
