Legend has it that the old master jeweler McCinsey disappeared 100 years ago with the kings jewellery on what is known today as McCinsey's Island. On this same Island Joe (Hulk Hogan) had decided to retire from his former job as a secret Agent. His peaceful life is unexpectedly interrupted as his former partner Walter (Robert Vaughn) asks Joe to go on one last mission to find the mysterious fortune.
